This morning Glenn from Lawrence Heating and Air was in line getting his daily breakfast sandwich and coffee when he heard me talking that our walk-in refrigerator had frozen coils, losing temp and that my refrigeration guy couldn't work on it until it was defrosted. He came over and said “I don’t do refrigeration but, I know coils I’ll check it out.” Before you know, there is a puddle of water on the floor cause he’s melting ice and cleaning the coils! He had it spotless in time for my refrigeration guy to do his thing! Just don’t see those old school virtues so much anymore! If you are looking for quality work by a quality person then call them . . . unless you are blessed to have Glenn standing in line at your store at just the perfect time! 🤗

Lawrence was very quick to respond, gave fair estimates, completed the work on schedule and very well.

The owners and the team were all very communicative throughout the process and great to work with. Work was done cleanly and my home was left in great shape afterwards.

Highly recommend this business for HVAC replacement or servicing needs.

Our home AC unit stopped blowing cold air overnight. Called them first thing in the morning and they took care of it fast. Friendly, knowledgeable, and affordable. Will certainly use them again.

One weekend in May, our HVAC system on top of our rowhome began making a horrific noise. So we called Lawrence Heating and Air. They were professional, quick, reasonable, and responsible with every step of the way. They diagnosed the problem, got a date to replace the decades-old system quickly, and installed the new system with minimal inconvenience to our block.

I'll also add that after a slight unrelated problem after the installation, their technician Joe came right over, and fixed the problem in moments. The job was incredibly well done and completed right before a brutal heatwave! Would highly recommend Lawrence Heating and Air!

LAWRENCE H&A sent someone the next day to diagnose and repair our faulty AC. Glen, their technician, found the problem and repaired it quickly. He phoned me immediately afterwards to discuss what problems he found and my options going forward. It was a seamless and efficient transaction and all my interactions were with pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable people. Also, easy pay choices. Highly recommend!!
